Hot and spicy tamarind recipe | tamarind side dish || hasi gojju Recipe using tamarind, garlic, chilies, and spices
Hot and spicy tamarind dish is a simple, yet delicious side dish made with really simple ingredients. No need to turn on the stove or grind using a mixer. This tamarind gojju is very spicy. You can make it milder or less spicy by using sweet peppers or mildly hot green chilies, but traditionally, it is a hot and sour dish. Traditionally this recipe is prepared by mashing the ingredients using hand, however, we cannot handle that burning sensation later, I am using Mortar and pestle to crush the ingredients.
Try this kai gojju with ragi mudde or rice.
