Oats Set dosa Recipe

Breakfasts are the most important meal of the day. Start the day with good protein, carbs and fiber rich breakfasts. In south Indian kitchen dosa, Idli, rotti are most common breakfasts which are healthy and tasty as well.
In this recipe we are making set dosa using Oats. This is Gluten free and Vegan breakfast as well.
This Oats set dosa goes well with coconut chutney or dal chutney and vegetable saagu.

NOTE: Regarding the oats as gluten free grain is controversial . Pure oats are gluten free but it does get easily contaminate with other gluten products. So it is very important to buy CERTIFIED gluten free oats .

Mosaru means curd or yogurt dahi in hindi. Dahi vada or mosaru vade is vadas immersed in spiced dahi or yogurt. This is one of the most popular snacks of north and south India. The spices we use in the curd varied from region to region. This particular recipe is karnataka style with simple green chillies, jeera and pepper powder.

Healthy and tasty dill leaves chutney  or in kannada it is sabbassige soppu / sabsige soppu chutney for rice, idli, dosa. With simple ingredients like dals/ lentils, coconut and this dill leaves we can make delicious side dish. In this recipe use of onion and garlic is optional.
