Ragi neer dosa is an easy to make, gluten free, vegan breakfast recipe. Good thing about these neer dosa is there is no need to soak and ferment . It can be ready in 10 minutes.
Dosa / Dose is the most common breakfast item in typical south Indian Kitchen. It is prepared using many different ways and with different ingredients. Here we have the recipe of one of the varieties of dosas which is neer dosa, using ragi / finger millet. It is a typical Malnad and coastal region breakfast. The name neer dose/ dosa is – Since the batter is very thin, like water, it is called Neeru Dosa – neeru meaning water in Kannada. The good thing about this dosa is that there is no need to ferment the batter.

Multigrain dosa or this adai is one of the healthiest breakfast from Karnataka kitchen!
Breakfasts are one of the most important meals of the day. It has to be loaded with protein, fiber, and carbohydrate to take you through whole day. It is very important for kids to have a good morning breakfast to be energised, attentive and focused at school. It is always boring to eat the same dish in the morning, so we have another delicious, super healthy breakfast to add to your breakfast list – multi grain Adai Dosa with super grain of the era Millets.
This Multi grain(whole) Adai is very nutritious, Instant Dose with no fermentation needed.Best for breakfsat, lunch or dinner. It also has good amount of methi seeds..
Millets believed to be good for diabetic patients since it releases the glucose slowly. Al millets are non glutinous grains.
Here we are using whole grains/lentils, if this is not available you can use split lentils

Ragi Ambali | Finger Millet Porridge

Ragi Ambali is one of the extremely nutritious and easier to digest breakfast. It takes just couple of minutes to prepare. Health benefits of Ragi Ambali: Ragi is rich in calcium, iron and fiber. It also contains phytochemicals, which aids in slowing down the digestion process. Ragi's high levels of niacin help in increasing HDL cholesterol while lowering Triglycerides. If you are preparing for toddlers you can add more ghee to it. Adding buttermilk to Ambali increases it nutritional value and tastes good too. Please make sure to add the buttermilk once the ambli becomes warm, otherwise it curdles.
