We always look for easy considerably healthy snacks. In that category we have this salt and spicy with right amount of sweetness from the sweet potato, Sweet potato sticks/fries. Very quick,easy to make and very yummy snack to go along with evening coffee or tea. This is not like soft french fries, it will be very crispy and crunchy.

- Wash the sweet potatoes, then dry and then peel the skin.
- Cut it into small sticks.You can cut circular slices and cut it as shown.
- Or you can use mandolin slicer.
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once it is hot enough add the cut sweet potato sticks.
- Fry it until it turns golden brown color.
- Remove the sweet potato chips and transfer it to a bowl as shown.
- Add salt and chilli powder.
- Mix it with hand.
- Follow the same procedure with the remaining sticks.
- Enjoy this with hot coffee or just eat!
