Banana Appam

Sweet banana Appam | banana muluka | Baalehannina muluka is easy recipe made with ripe with bananas, grated coconut, wheat flour, and jaggery,. This instant appam is prepared during navarathri and deepavali festivals. This is called appam in some regions and Mulka in udupi mangalore regions of Karnataka

During dasara festival we have to make sweets everyday that is all nine days and offer to the god. Some of the must to do recipes includes this appam, and yereyappa.

Khara bhath is a variation of Upma/ uppittu. We use vangibath powder and vegetables of your choice to make it more flavorful and healthy  breakfast. Here in this recipe I have used brinjal/eggplant as a vegetable.

Serve the khara bhath with kesari bhath like pineapple kesari bhath, mango keasri, or just plain kesari bhath . this combination is popularly called chow chow bhath in south indian restaurants.

Healthy methi seeds kashaya / menthya / fenugreek tea recipe.
Drink this healthy methi kashaya / menthe kashaya .
This hot drink is good for summer which keeps the body cool, and try drinking this menthya coffee / menthya tea in the morning or evening for good digestion and weight loss.
As we all know Methi seeds / menthya / fenugreek seeds have lots of medicinal value. They are loaded with antioxidants. These seeds promote healthy hair, and help to relieve discomfort due to arthritis. They also help to avoid constipation and aids in liver function and digestion. It helps in reduction of cholesterol and removal of toxins from the body.
