Green papaya is extremely nutritious and has lots of health benefits.
!Benefits of papaya :
Low calorie vegetable – Helps in weight loss
Good for breastfeeding mothers increases milk production)
immunity booster
Good for diabetic people
Reduces menstrual cramps
Rich in vitamin C and E Which helps in reducing wrinkles
Good for digestion And many more
Also crush or powder tsome 10 to 15 seeds and boil with 2 cups of water and drink everyday for a week. This is good for the liver and get rid of worms

Rava Rotti | Semolina Rotti

Rava rotti/ rava rotti is easy to make tasty and healthy south indian breakfast.
We use upma rava / local rava /coarse semolina/coarse sooji to make this rotti. This rotti can be prepared as simple as using only three ingredients – rava, coconut and salt or we can add onion, coriander leaves, jeera, and we can add any green like chopped methi leaves, dill leaves…. This rotti is done directly on the hot tava. It does need some practice but I am sure you will learn soon. Try this recipe and share your comments.
