Cilantro / kottambari soppina anna /coriander rice is naturally gluten free and Vegan recipe and no onion no garlic dish.
Easy healthy coriander palav goes well with raytha/raita or chips. Here we have simple No onion No Garlic raita to go with.
Coriander rice is No Onion No Garlic, Gluten free, and Vegan.
Raita is No onion and no Garlic.

Menthya Leha is very beneficial to nursing moms and for kids too. Healthy food and proper care is very important for new moms after delivery. Nice calm environment and good care, sathvic food and age old Lehyams and herbs are very important. This Menthya leha is one of them. Good for calcium, iron, increases milk production and vitamins and other nutrients!
Other than new mothers it is very beneficial for everyone!
Health benefits of Fenugreek/methi seeds are humongous. It helps in improves digestion, reduces inflammation, increases milk production in new moms.

Shavige payasa

Shavige/sevai payasam is a simple yet tasty kheer. It is always a quick treat for unexpected guests and kids love it with ice cream. Sevai payasam, in the southern part of India, is almost synonymous with auspicious days. It is kind of a tradition in our house where sevai payasam is a must if it is a festival. And if it is a birthday, Gulab Jamun is a must :)
Our kids love the cold refrigerated Sevai payasam. Adding nutmeg or pistachios gives its own sweet and nutty aroma to the kheer.
