Zucchini chutney tastes good with rice, rotti, idli, chapathi ..
Zucchini is one of the summer squashes. It looks like cucumber but tastes more like ridge gourd/heerekayi. We can use the zucchini in place of ridge gourd. We can make zucchini rice, zucchini raita. We can add this to rotti as well. It is a very low calorie vegetable, good source of dietary fiber. Also zucchini is a very good source of potassium.
Almost 22 years ago my good friend taught me this zucchini chutney . I have made some changes over the years and been doing this recipe since then.

Ambode | Dal Vada | Chana dal vada is a very tasty snack you can enjoy with tea/coffee. This is an Indian version of the popular falafel. It is crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside.
AMbode is another festival dish prepared on Yugaadi and navarathri. , Deepavali and Gowri habba. Ambode is a very evergreen tasty snack you can enjoy with tea/coffee especially on a rainy day. This is an Indian version of the popular falafel. It is crunchy on the outside and softer on the inside. Very easy to make healthy and utterly delicious snack is ambode | Dal Vada.

Try the other deep fried snack such as Ribbon Pakoda, Cabbage Manchurian, Masala Ambode, Batata vada / Aloo bonda and MORE HERE

Kitchen tools:

4 cup pyrex prepware,  Food Processor, Grater, Herb mill to chop the green chillies, Mixing bowls, Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 6.5 Liters, Stainless Steel wok (bandle)

Very tasty onion gojju, a side dish goes well with rotti, chapathi, Jolada rotti and even with rice. Onion gojju is spicy, tangy and healthy. I am sure onions are the only vegetables which can be found in almost everyone’s pantry, so try this today and I am sure you will love it. I am using the small shallots/ sambar onion/pearl onion in this recipe, but we can do the same recipe using regular onion as well.
This is a gluten free , vegan side dish recipe.

Broccoli Rice | Easy Lunch Box Recipes

Broccoli, as we all know one of the healthiest vegetable loaded with Vitamin K, Vitamin C, high fiber and has cancer fighting properties. Also good for bone health. And alkalizes the body.
There are many ways we can incorporate this nutritious vegetable in our diet, steam it and add it to any salads, stir fry it. Just blanch it and eat it. My recipe here is pure south Indian style Rice dish using Vangi bath Powder.
