Rava Vada or Sooji vada is instant vade and very easy to prepare compared to traditional urad dal vade which requires soaking, and grinding. So whenever you feel like eating vada, this instant rave vade is the answer. Try this winter this Semolina vadai – a perfect evening snack with hot cup of Filter Coffee or Tea.
This Rave vada is no onion no garlic dish, but if you like you can add chopped onion.

Garlic Thambuli Recipe

September 8, 2015 By Raji Leave a Comment

Whenever we went to my friend Bharati’s house, dinner used to always be something special. One of our favorite dishes there was this garlic thambuli, my usually picky daughter used to gobble up this garlic-yogurt dip – I’d never seen her eat so much of anything before! I saw that Gowri loved it, so I knew I had to learn the recipe for garlic thambuli! It has definitely become one of our household favorites. In fact, we all relished it just today with some awesome bisibelebath!
