In a bowl combine corn, carrot, coconut, coriander, leaves
Heat the oil in pan on medium low heat, once it is hot add hing, mustard seeds,
After it pops add urad dal, fry it until the dal turns golden brown, then add green chilies
Fry it for few seconds and then add raisins, and
Let the raisins puffs up, then add curry leaves and fry it for few seconds,
turn off the heat and add the seasoning to the kosambari/salad
Add salt, and lemon juice. Mix it well .
Serve this tasty salad as a snack or with dinner or lunch.
